• Feeding and treatment of acute malnutrition in CMAM).
• Responsible for technical supervision and training of all districts nutrition staff.
Responsible for regular monitoring of field activities.
• Responsible to ensure the effective implementation of all nutrition activities in operational districts, including Blanket feeding, Infant and Young Child Feeding, and treatment of acute malnutrition in CMAM.
• Manage and implement the strategies envisaged in all vertical programs in the province
• Delivering trainings and technical support district level staff
•Monitoring of activities through field visits
• Development of monitoring documents for the teams
• Develop the training & conduct the trainings of project Staff
• Meetings with line departments
• Meetings with community activists.
• Meeting with EDO & District program coordinator
• To ensure that other technical departments are working in the same area of interventions as that of Nutrition
• Ensure integration through meetings and mutual sharing of work plans
•Running of CMAM sites/ equipment & supplies for sites
• IPR to be raised Assessment of teams in terms of its needs. Needs reported by Teams to be reviewed by Nutrition Coordinator.
• Identification of who to train: LHWs, community volunteers, community leaders, health teams,
• Planning and organization of training of MOH staff trainings to build capacity of Government staff and work in proper coordination.
Monitoring, evaluation, Coordination and conducting training workshops for LHS, LHVs, FWWs, Midwives, Medical Officers, Women Medical Officers on Best practices of Family Planning and Birth spacing, Reproductive Health, IUCD Insertion, Manual Vacuum Aspiration.
Providing gynecological and obstetric services with primary health care services to mother and child, counseling on nutrition n family planning, facilitated health educational programs, conducted health related workshops, imparted in medical camps and performed IUCD n MVA procedures n minor surgical procedures
Providing gynecological and obstetric services with PHC services
To check inpatient and out patients in hospital, assist surgical procedures and all primary health
care services.
