Regularly conduct an inventory of data available from different sources across Jordan,
focusing on humanitarian issues, including the number and locations of refuges, IDPs, host
communities, total number of affected population, access to basic services .
• Ensure that timely information on child protection programmes progress and results is
available by compiling, organizing, analyzing and preparing data for reports, programme/project
planning, management, monitoring and evaluation purposes as needed.
• In close coordination with the Sector Coordinator, respond to the information/data needs of
the sector and its embers needs for information.
• Provide support to improved information management systems in the Office by ensuring
adequate frequency update, access and standardization of information.
• Produce maps, graphics and other supporting documentation for reporting and analysis.

• Data entry: oversee the data entry process to ensure accuracy and minimize data entry errors .
• Ensure that different databases CPIMS “Child Protection Information Management System “ are
up to date (new entry and updates) and complete, all incoherent information needs to be
corrected within a week - according to the SOP.
• Weekly verification of data compiled in Activity Info in order to ensure its consistency with donors .
• Identify secondary data and information resources prior to deployment for rapid onset emergency
response as appropriate.
• Implement the electronic data transfer procedure using COMMCARE .

• Monitoring and evaluation focal point . Implementing and assisting in development of systems for
monitoring and evaluation the performance of the program and the impact on beneficiaries of
program services. Reviewing, compiling and evaluating data collected from both camps and
ensure that the numbers are close to the targets.
• Set the reporting database and being responsible for the data collection and delivering the reports
.Assisting in development and implementation of effective systems to track project deliverables,
achievements, indicators and activities against the projects objectives - this includes both
quantitative data (numbers assessed, receiving NFIs, training etc.) and qualitative data (impact of
assessment, case management, training, NFIs etc.)
• Data analyst : Prepare an analyzing reports for indicators and other trends
• Ensure that timely information on child protection programme progress and results is available by
compiling, organizing, analyzing and preparing data for reports, programme/project planning,

• Ensure that all data manipulation and sharing are done following the confidentiality principle
and information sharing procedure (computer, soft files password protected, hard files locked and
only shared on a need to know basis etc.
Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system Develop indicators and a
monitoring strategy for the project;
•Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to Project Management
Team
•Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager in preparing
relevant reports;
•Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project;
•Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of
M&E/IMPACT;
•Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
* Experience with Excel and statistical software/language SPSS.
IV. Measurable Outputs and Performance Indicators
•Preparation of monthly MIS reports;
•Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports;
•Organize and conduct training on M&E/IMPACT for project and government staff
•Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project
innovations;
•Provide input and update information related to project outcome in Right To Play
•Assist Project Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress based on MIS
reports on project activities;
•Prepare Issues Log and Risk Log for the project;
•Develop M&E system for the Project and for the government counterpart/stakeholders;
•Prepare and maintain data base
