The dynamic, US $1 billion Al Maryah Central development project comprises of 2.8 million sq.

tenants Macy's and bloomingdales's. The development covers an entire city block and is spread
over 4 levels of basement car parking and 5 levels of retail.

• Monitor design development and participate in early model reviews with the design team to
ensure consistency and completeness of design information.
