 Managing projects - Project size will vary in scope and complexity. Managing the project throughout its life cycle - from inception through project closure. Managing change mitigates risks and delivers results to stakeholders and customers alike.
 As-Is Analysis, To-Be Analysis, Gap Analysis & Root Cause Analysis- for improvement projects.
 Focus on three Key Performance Indicators for all projects they lead. On-time Delivery, OnBudget and Stakeholder Satisfaction that the requirements were all met.
 Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
 Helps define project scope and objectives.
 Works with the Project Team to develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports (using standard IT PMO-approved templates).
 Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
 Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
 Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
 Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
 Works with the Project Team to collect and organize all documents (technical, financial, etc.) for the project and makes sure the document package is complete at the close of the project.
 Collaborate with consultants and implementation partners on applicable project tasks and related deliverables.
 Escalates issues and risks that may threaten project budgets, schedules and the quality of project deliverables.
 Assist with the preparation and delivery of project status updates with an emphasis on key programs and projects.
 Strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and issues within the project team effectively.
 Delivery / Maintenance of Release plan.
 Maintaining the JIRA Account for the team.
 Maintaining Hardware Traceability and coordinating with the Admin Team.
 Maintaining Adhoc requests from Deployment, Content and other teams.
