14. Communicates all terms and conditions of the lease agreement to new tenants as well as prepares documentation for issue and renewal of lease.
15. Conducts formal and informal orientation for tenants and occupants to ensure that the property and other facilities are used efficiently and effectively.
16. Prepares leasing and tenancy reports and maintains tenancy schedules.
