Executing the responsibilities of Information System Consultant. Job profile as follows;
• Managing and monitoring Sonic wall(3500) firewall
• Managing and monitoring Cyberoam(CR1500i) firewall(Backup firewall)
• Managing & Maintaining of Web Mail Server Using ICEWARP Mail Server
• Server maintenance(Web Server 2008 R2 and 2008 SQL Server R2)
• Coordinating with Developing Team(Benzy infotech Cochin) and to resolve all www.akbartravels.ae site related Bugs and new requirement.
• Coordinate with all IT related queries to Operation team
• Monitoring fraud management system(EBS)
• Managing and implementing site related Queries
Executing the responsibilities of Sr: IT Engineer as a Data Center expert. Job profile as follows;
• Assess, Manage, and Implement security functions required to secure the fixed network from internal and external threats.
• Instaling, Configuration and Managing of Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Servers
• Administration and Troubleshooting of Web Servers more than 30 servers with IIS
• SAN(Storage Area Network) Configuration(DS3400)
• NAS(Network Attached Storage) Configuration(Buffallo, QnapTS 209pro)
• Creating, Deleting, Suspending and Migration of web sites.
• MPLS(Multi-protocol label switching) Implementation
• IP Phone Configuration(SI 120)
• Managing & Maintaining of Web Mail Server Using ICEWARP Mail Server
• Have excellent working experience with Cyberoam(CR1500i), sonicwall(3500)firewalls
• Have working experience with, Peplink Balance700 & Baracuda(Balancer340)
• Configuration of Cisco 1800, 2800 & 3800 series Routers.
• VMware WorkStation Install and configure
• TFS(Team Foundation Server) Configuration
• Managing & Maintaining Linksys RV042 and RV082 Routers.
• Report any misuse of the Fixed Network or core fixed network as a whole which may lead to a loss of revenue to the company.
• Monitoring of server status, critical services and web sites.
• Providing Remote L1 and L2 support for web servers, DNS servers, File servers, Antivirus servers, Backup servers etc
• Provide support ensure that the rules of use for any network elements or systems comply with the company's information security policies
• Troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance of stand-alone and networked systems.
• Planning, designing, installing and configuring LAN, Internal Mail Servers, Proxy Servers & Internal Web Server as per organizational requirements, governed by communication protocols.
• Monitoring & configuring routers, switches based on organizational requirement.
Assessing organizational requirements for network security and implement security and firewalls for protection against unauthorized attack from the web.
• Handling configuration of Internet Connection, set up Printer and File Sharing; maintaining co-ordination with the team on Desktop, Server, Network, Voice, Application, Data Base, Security, Antivirus & User Life Cycle Management Team
• Router and Modem(ADSL) Configuration
• Design, Configuration and Maintenance of Wi-Fi(Delink).
• Involved in installing operating Systems like Xp/windows7//2003/Linux, Configuring DNS, DHCP, IIS, Routing and remote access, hardware like printer/scanners/webcam/NIC
• Network Troubleshooting
