• review, analyze and interpret construction and shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications required to undertake detailed take-offs in formats recommended by the project methods of measurement These are utilized with interim payment applications, variations, and project revised budgets.

communicated via the vendors for better product R&D.
• Checking on product price escalations and carrying out periodic interim bill
reviews.
• Carrying out detailed project plan drawings that cover the overall project theme.
Documenting the requirements of manpower, machines, material resources, and
budgetary outlay as well as activity schedules that align within the designated
time of completion.

•I was involved in cost engineering, tendering and estimations.
•I attended pre-bid meetings and site inspections prior to providing estimations to the consultant which followed with discussions to identify and mitigate any potential problems that may arise.

•I was required to prepare monthly statements as well as weekly and monthly reports.
