MATEEN Express is the (Sole Associate of TNT in Iraq).
This company offer 6 schedule freighters (Cargo Aircraft) from UAE to Iraq
and daily belly capacity to all major airports in Iraq & its delivery service
covers every corner of Iraq.
A special division is dedicated for Project Logistics & Contract Logistics, Oil &
Gas Logistics, in addition to ordinary Freight Forwarding.
This company’s Transport Division runs its own fleet of brand new trucks,
with its own base, engineering, call center, HSE...etc. Mateen Express global
network of partners & associates connects the entire world to Iraq for inbound
& outbound integrated air, sea & land cargo transport.

My duties including the followings:
 -Communications and coordinate & dealing with companies and customers.
 -Following shipping (income & outcome)
 -Email, and updating system.
 -Accountant
 -Sales & Marketing & Logistic
 -Preparing Master air waybill, Air waybill
 -Data entry
 -Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly company data report
 -Responsible for answering customer service calls, emails, online chat along with team members in a timely manner and in accordance with company timelines.
 -Pack, ship and process customer shipments along with team members on a daily basis.
 -Oversee the activities of shipping staff in package receiving, processing, sorting, and shipping operations.
 -Ensure accuracy of shipping operations in accordance with company requirements, customer requests, and established procedures.
 -Maintain confidentiality of all internal systems, procedures, customer data, and personnel information.
 -Perform other duties as required
