Responsibilities:
•Sr.Facility Engineer of 3 large industrial buildings of 750, 000 sq ft.
•Manage hospitality of Corporate headquarter offices, conference rooms and lunch rooms Manage the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual ISO, GMP, and SMP certified documentation of general house cleaning, fire systems checks, VISA level security systems checks.
•Manage budget of $30K per month / $360K annually for Facility vendor
contracts, repairs and supplies Manage custodial and porter teams for 7 conference rooms, 6 lunch rooms and 24 restrooms Manage forklift budget and repairs $250K budget 92 pieces of.
•Scheduling PPM as per the SFG and OM.
