- Support cross-functional alignments & reviews (e.g. 30% / 60% / 90% review, constructability review)
- Ensure all BIM deliverables are in order and in compliance with customer requirements
- Coordinate with project stakeholders such as customer, consultants, contractor, sub-contractor and quantity surveyor etc.
- Conduct clash detection and follow-up issues
- Introduce the digital execution approach and related mindset of the entire project execution team
- Be accountable for the implementation of the BIM functionalities
- Teach and support the project and site team on how to make use of the BIM functionalities

- Coordinate and check the status and quality of the BIM 3D Model
- Request for feedback from the end user to continuously improve the BIM applications
Administrating the BIM360 account, and showing the know-how to our team members. Pushed forward the implementation of BIM360 reviewing process as our new QC procedure that provides improvement to the collaboration between the local Design team and BENEFRUX teams. Continue to review the Master libraries that are Program specific, use various styles of families, from simple/basic families to Interactive/Shared parameters/Nested families. Constantly research better ways to work(implementing Dynamo scripts that replace time consuming tasks in Revit).
Involved in all phases of projects, concept design, permitting, detailed design, tender, construction;
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for a gas station fuel related equipments underground/aboveground and pipework;
Analyse inputs received, align with other disciplines and provide planning;
Collaborate with BENEFRUX teams to ensure a good level of details and accurate deliverables;
Ensuring QA/QC standards and procedures are followed for all the deliverables;
Constantly researching and implementing various available Dynamo scripts/Revit Addons, made to ease up repetitive tasks reducing the time consumption.
Design lead of LPG Tank Inspection/Replacement Program, AdBlue Program and for various Hydrogen stations(NL, BE, DE, FR, Canada etc). Preparing 2D drawings/3D models for the specific works, decommissioning and replacements of the LPG pipework, tank, filling point and dispensers, commissioning of the H2 installation and ensuring that all safety standards are applied, preparing the prefeasibility and feasibility reports, preparing the DRA documents(Design risk assessment), ensuring that the design is in compliance with GIDS(Global Innovations & Design standards), request the Permit recommendation, preparing the Permit, Tender, Execution and AsBuilt deliverables and maintaining a good communication with BENEFRUX teams.
Prepare 2D Autocad drawings for petrochemical equipments;
Ensuring QA/QC standards and procedures are followed for all the deliverables;
Coordinate with other specialties to assure a good quality level for deliverables
Training and supervision for entry into confined spaces, Specialized H2S course.
Ensure that all personnel fully understand their roles and responsibilities.
On-the-spot collaboration, involving personnel in the process of identifying and mitigating risks.
Proactive design and implementation of risk management strategies.
Operation and maintenance of various equipments (EBA, SCBA, SABA, PAC, multigas detectors)
Piping Isometric Scheme, Non-destructive Examination Plan, Thickness Measurement Plan, Destructive Exam Plan, Technical Reporting
