Manage facilities within a specific site, coordinating efforts of internal groups, building management and vendors to ensure, efficient facilities operations whilst adhering to the Company’s Policies and Procedures and providing an outstanding level of service. Ensure robust personnel management is provided including personnel development / training, performance management (IPMP), coaching and mentoring. Support a culture of diversity and inclusion to develop a high performing team that delivers superior client service., Maintained organization stability and reputation by enforcing ethical business practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and monitor the overall operation of a facility including buildings, grounds, equipment and services ensuring high quality with uninterrupted service.

Develop, update and implement site specific policies and procedures.

Approve all facility-related invoices in an accurate and timely manner.

Implement Health & Safety and environmental policies to meet legal requirements.

Manage facilities budget for its department. (F&B, Engineering & Maintenance, Operation, Security, Housekeeping

Regularly interface with department heads/Finance/Human Resources to keep up to date on new hires and future space requirements.

Ensure timely communication to internal customers regarding facilities services, products and information.

Analyze space needs, procure contracts and oversee work for authorized building modifications.

Plan and manage interoffice moves, ensuring that requests are in accordance with agreed plans, efficient coordination with IT and that site policies are followed.

Ensure that Security, Card Access System and visitor processes are followed per the Security Policies and Procedures.

Prioritized departmental workload and delegated staff assignments accordingly

Coordinated with staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service, may manage capital projects, including Capital Allocation Requisition (CAR) preparation, tracking of expenses, permits, inspections, and completion targets.

Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable legislation. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters, including salary administration.

Plan, organize, direct and control the delivery of health care services within the department

Manage day to day activities by organizing and overseeing activities of the department

Consult with the Head of the Organization to maintain and establish standards for the provision of health care services within the department

Analyze and provide advice on the management policies within the department

Review the efficiency and effectiveness of management policies within the department

Monitor the use of outpatient, diagnostic and various other support services, inpatient beds and facilities to ensure effective utilization of resources

Plan and control and departmental budget

Develop, implement and review evaluation systems to monitor the quality of health care services within the department
Prioritize departmental workload and delegate staff assignments accordingly

Implement and review policies and procedures for staff and patient safety

Implementation of various Hospital Information Systems modules for user end departments in coordination with the IT department
Coordinating with staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service

Directly coordinating with F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance Department on day to day issues for the better of high services related to patient /customer.
