RESPONSIBILITES:
• Ensuring adequate hardware is in place for current system use and future growth including storage space, memory, processing power, and network communication speed.
• Configuring and monitoring the Routers and system to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintaining backups of the Routers in case of hardware failure or other disasters.
• Supporting the system, including making upgrades to the software, assisting with application upgrades, and dealing with troubleshooting issues.
• Configuring and maintaining the Wireless Radio and VSAT connections for phones and Internet at remote locations.
• Ensuring the printers connectivity in network.
• Outlook Configuration & taking the scheduled Backups Outlook PST files of each User`s.
• Antivirus and spyware cleaning, Email Creation and deletion.
• Assigning job to IT team to different locations based on emergency.
• Resolving issues of all remote locations (Minbu, Padan, Goak Wa, Goat Kyi, Sinkontai & Ann).
• Purchasing all IT related requirements for all remote locations.
• Maintaining all IT related things with proper documents.
In Meta Max Communications posted as a Sr. Engineer take care of Installation & Service of Internet (Wimax Technology) with team of 20 members in various locations. Maintains Towers
Assigning IP address & Sub netting as required.
Configuring NAT and DHCP as required to clients.
Installing NIC cards & other hardware peripherals.
Implementation of VLAN’S
Configuration of dialup modems, ADSL modems, wireless routers.
Maintaining the records of the IP addresses allotted to the customers.
Designing and configuring the network for new clients Connectivity.
Configuring the VoIP devices (Cisco ATA, Motorola, packet8)
Assigning work for FE (Field Engineer)
Coordinating with RF team & copper team.
Installing of all Operating systems and software`s.
Maintaining of all 3 Labs having 180 systems.
Assigning users in domain.
Taking backups and restore the data.
