Worked as a Break & Buildup agent in cargo from 20jun13 to 26may14.
•Worked as a Break planner in cargo at Terminal control room from 27may14 to 13nov14.
Currently working as a Remote-Control Desk Operations Coordinator - Cargo Control Room

•Responsible for providing support to the Operational teams relating to the utilization and the smooth running of the automated ULD and Cage store systems and their associated equipment.
•Focal point for the reporting of any faults/breakdowns within the system and for ensuring that the necessary action is taken to minimize the impact to the operational performance.
•Represent the key link between the users of the systems and the operational management and maintenance teams by keeping all parties up to date with regular progress reports on faults/breakdowns /equipment status reports.
•Coordinate the CWIS systems and EDS RC screens to detect any fault alarms and take corrective action.
•Receiving and logging all reported Lodige system related faults/breakdowns and communication to Maintenance/Reactive teams to attend, assess and repair fault/breakdown.
•Responsible for assessing the status of the systems and recognizing any potential issues analyze and make decisions to avoid potential disruption/delay to the operational areas that could cause impact to consignment delays.
•Communicating progress reports for all faults/breakdown of equipment to the relevant parties in a timely manner (SLA).

•Cleared DANGEROUS GOODS TRAINNING CAT 8 - Sep’2015.
•Cleared DANGEROUS GOODS TRAINNING CAT 8 - July’2013.
•Cleared CARGO WAREHOUSE & ULD TRAINNING - August’2013.
