• Coordination of the design, erection, installation and commissioning work, including remote ends modification, related to the SCMS/RTU, Telecom and 48V DC systems and their peripherals.
• Coordination and follow-up of the subcontractors works involved with the SCMS system, i.e. AREVA T&D, Siemens, ABB, SEL or internally MELCO Japan (Kobe) during installation & implementation stage as well as during the commissioning, i.e. FAT, local and point-to-point and End-to end testing, SAT, site training, etc...
• Preparation and follow-up of daily/weekly schedules for erection, installation and commissioning.
• Involved in technical and management meetings, internally and also with the client/consultant and various subcontractors.
• Involved in tendering process (preparation, evaluation pre-tender clarification, post-tender clarification, etc...), for new projects related to the SCMS/RTU/SCADA and Telecom portion.
• Involved in preliminary talks with different clients regarding the feasibility of introducing MELCO Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), i.e. Smart Metering solutions including DCUs, HESs and MDMS using wireless, PLC or Mobile communication

Head of SCADA and Telecom Maintenance Department in EKC (Electricity Coordination Centre, former JUGEL), Belgrade, Yugoslavia leading the team of five people (2 eng. & 3 tech.) responsible for maintenance, design and upgrade of various equipment in EKC.

Besides regular duties I was also working as Project and Design Engineer for different Studies and Projects, Preliminary Designs and Tender Documents both for EKC and ENERGOPROJEKT in Belgrade, Yugoslavia.

• Participated in realisation of the Preliminary Design and Tender Documents, evaluation of offers, approval of subcontractors, post-tender negotiations and clarifications for Qatar Phase IV Project, Lot 9003/1 - Power Control System

• Voltage-Var study for analysis and improving of Voltage conditions in electric power system of Montenegro during summer periods

• short term planning and various power flow studies for scheduled or unscheduled outages and maintenance works needed for secure & safe operation of the system
• Voltage-Var on line and off line studies in summer and night periods with the respect to the scheduled maintenance works and outages in order to provide optimal voltage conditions throughout the JUGEL network
