Current Position - Assistant Manager Transactional Banking (Feb 2011 to Present)

• Functioning as the single point of contact between top tier SME clients and the bank
• Tailor-making benefits packages to attract business clients.
• Responsible for the growth of department’s low cost fund base.
• Understanding the diverse needs of different industries, trends and life cycles of businesses and tweaking the bank’s products and services within bank parameters to best serve clients whilst maximizing profitability.
• Identifying, recommending, handling and recovery of credit facilities in the forms of overdrafts, import finance & working capital.
• Meeting targets in terms of deposits, fees and commissions, trade income, FX profits and interest income.
• Recognizing the market developments and being innovative in product offering.
• Increasing share of wallets of clients and improving profitability & productivity of the department

I have managed with zero client complains and achieved targets consecutively and been awarded "consistently above the budgets" grading in this job role for the final appraisal.
