Lead Landscape Architect - Design Consultancy
Duties:
• To create concept design with the sketches for POS,
• To manage preparation the submission of Concept Design, Preliminary Design, Detailed Design and IFC Drawings and Documents with the Tender Packages include hard landscape, soft landscape, levels, urban furniture, wayfinding and signage, lighting, CCTV, irrigation, Sub-surface Drainage Systems, BIM for POS including Neighborhood, Linear, Family and Palace Parks with Eco Corniche, Barahaat and Sikkas with the Landscape Report of the Saadiyat Island Lagoon,
• To make coordination with BIM.
• To attend and be participated in the project management meetings weekly and make presentations.
• To go to the site and visit plant nursery once in a month.
• To make supervision of Shop Drawings with visiting the site weekly.
• To prepare proposals for new landscape projects.
Duties:
• To prepare the concept and construction projects as well as shop drawing and as-built projects,
• Preparation of technical specifications,
• To communicate with material suppliers and collect the proposals,
• To prepare of analytical proposals for the procurement of various projects
• To control the construction works on to the site,
• To prepare of payment documents.
Duties:
• To coordinate all the disciplines of the design for soft and hard landscape of the project
• Pre-plan all jobs with detailed Schedule of all phases of the Project,
• Review cost estimates prior to starting the Project for accuracy and make sure that all information necessary to complete,
• Manage landscape design and installation projects,
• Deliver timely and accurately the reports and financials,
• Ensure that the landscape installation divisions and always operates safely and efficiently,
• Review and issue all sub-contractors through contract administrator,
• Manage all sub-contractors,
• Prepare and present all change order request to our supreme committee,
• Buy-out of all materials for the job build effective working relationships with supreme committee and all the team members.
Duties:
• To design hard landscape of the Al Thumama Precinct Project,
• Preparation and coordination of the IFC submissions for the masterplans, hard landscape, soft landscape (based on the GSAS criteria), levels and grading with the surface water
design, exterior lighting, urban street furniture of the Precinct to the client as well covering and updating the design due to DRCT comments,
• Coordination and supervising the sub-contractors for the shop drawings preparation,
• To review and supervising the MAS documents as well as samples,
• Preparation of the detail drawings and specifications,
• Coordination of the design meetings for landscape with the clients as well as sub contractors,
• To organize and control the mock-up implementations on to the site.
Duties:
• For projects; to prepare the concept design, construction plans and shop drawings including hard landscape, soft landscape, exterior lighting, irrigation and surface water projects, (3d visual and animations),
• To make presentation to the clients of the projects,
• To organize the implementation of the projects on to the site,
• Preparation of technical specifications and drawings,
• Contacting material suppliers and collecting proposals,
• Preparing proposals for tenders of various projects.
Duties:
• To design and preparation of all types of landscaping projects and responsible for installation of drainage systems, irrigation systems, hardscapes, softscapes (planting), sod grass and hydroseeding grass on to the sites,
• To draw all shop drawings and as-built projects including irrigation projects, drainage projects, hardscapes projects and softscapes projects,
• To prepare all the tender documents. Example of the some works : Forum Gaziantep Shopping Mall, the private manor with 120.000 square meter green area in Erbil, Iraq.
Duties:
• To draw ornamental pools, recreational/swimming pools, steam rooms, Turkish bathhouses and add dimensions with Autodesk Autocad,
• To estimate the total cost of each project after drawing and planning,
• To prepare and approach customers with offer letters regarding projects and to further communicate with customers for evaluation,
• To revise projects accurately after consulting with customers and listening to their feedback.
• To make 3D visualizations, render (specifically fountain) animations with 3ds Max, Realtime Landscape Architect, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop,
• To list and provide the raw materials (including LEDs, nuts & bolts, cables, rubber tubing & molds, and stainless steel piping, etc.) for the fabrication of designs via three different workshops,
• To provide technical support and information about fountains, lights and transformers to customers. For example, helping customers select the right pumps for fountains and underwater lighting solutions for pools,
• To organize the safe and timely delivery of products to customers.
Duties:
• To maintain nursery plants including fertilizing, medicating, pruning, mowing the grass, ground keeping,
• Taking care of ornamental and seasonal plants and flower breeding,
• To design and draw plans of landscaping projects for customers,
• Project management.

• To learn to use Adobe Photoshop and make a 3d visualizations,
• To draw preliminary drafts while measuring the landscaping areas.
