• Manage QA team & QA representatives across business units, implementing and overseeing QA procedures and policies.

• Managed & solved Food Safety related incidents in Nestle Co-Man factories and retails by conducting 5W analysis and taking effective CAPA.
• Audited Nestle Co-Man factories against GMP and ISO22000, laboratory against GLP, WHs against GWP & HSE requirements, took necessary CAPA, and ensure gap closure.
• Supervised the pest control programs in all of factories and the distribution centers to ensure eradication of any pest activities.
• Trained employees on Food Safety topics, GWP, GHP, and GLP.
