Overseeing and coordinating the projects for a construction firm by assisting the Senior Planning Engineer and Managing Director. The main objective of the project team was to develop and implement a system to regulate all work orders and employee records into an e-filing system.
Coordinating the system operational readiness project for the new Hamad International Airport.
•Implement & manage IT Assets and Asset Tracking system.
•Manage Telecom related requests and issues pertaining to Radios, Mobiles, Telephones & Billing, Mobile purchase Allowance requests.
•Attending stakeholder meeting for the projects undertaken to receive inputs and feedback at various levels in the project development.
Wi-Fi Signal Availability testing, network infrastructure requests.
•Preparing Weekly Management Reports.
•Preparing monthly and yearly Finance Reports for Qatar Aviation and Qatar Duty Free.
Monitoring the production databases and vigilance databases for IBM’s client Idea Cellular Ltd. which includes tasks such as
•Checking active sessions, loading of data, error message monitoring, table space check and also performing purging of the databases.
•Month end and weekly activities which includes:
•Maintaining the space in the database and also creation of temporary and permanent databases, Creation of db link with appropriate privileges.
•Add data files to table spaces
•Export backup
•All database connectivity (TNS)
•Use of REMEDY to handle the database issues according to their priority.
•Assisted in creation of standby databases involved during the migration of the databases.
•Generation AWR and ADDR reports for the collection databases.
•IBM’s Database Compliance- User id management
•Observing, reporting and resolving the alerts on critical databases.
•Generate SOP (system operating procedures) for DBA, Wintel &Messaging, System admin & Dc ops, Backup & PSM, Middleware ops.
