•Reporting to the Board of Directors of Mercury Engineering in Dublin, Ireland and responsible for all construction, commercial and business development activities in the region.

•Established Mercury as a preferred specialist MEP company in the Middle East, building the company from a turnover of $25 M per annum in 2007 to $130M this year.

•Responsible for the day to day running of the company, its employees and taking overall responsibility for marketing and promotion of the company profile.

•Hands on oversight in all areas including sales, operations, procurement and interface with clients.

•Recruit, manage and motivate a large team of key personnel for multiple projects throughout the region. Mercury currently has 14 active projects in four countries with a combined value of over 420m Euro.

•Establish regional and country budgets, manage commercial and financial aspects of the company to meet projected turnover targets.

•Manage the company EHS policy, having a strong personal and strategic input into maintaining and developing a culture of safe working and operation within the company.

•Mercury awarded Specialist MEP Contractor of the Year at the 2011 MEP Middle East Awards in Dubai.

•Establish company policy and structure for all areas of operation and achieve and maintain the company ISO accreditation within the region.
