Responsbile for the review of ITT/ RFQ/ RFT/EOI documents and preparation of compliant Technical Proposal and draft Commercial Proposal Pre-qualification with major Oil & Gas Operators, Contractors etc Maintaining effective communication and building strong relationships with internal departments such as operations, legal, finance etc. Preparation of comprehensive listing of contractual exceptions, modifications and qualifications of a legal and commercial nature. Ensuring that contracts are executed in compliance with Company policies and statutory regulations. Uploading of project information into platforms such ERP, SAP, CRM Assists in ensuring that the key contract terms and conditions are presented and understood by the Project Management and Commercial Team upon award of the Contract and ensure that a proper handover takes place from the pre award team
