Planning architectural projects including drafts drawings, interior designing, 2D, 3D, site surveying
Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects
Discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and set project schedules
Research and gather information and photographs relating to the project
Produce 'sample' or 'mood' boards to present to clients
Source products, e.g. fittings, lighting, fabrics, decoration etc. and provide samples for clients
Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, landscape and schemes.
Work in a team with other designers
Supervise work at the design stage and on-site
Budgeting projects including prices, BOQ, constructions
Executive drawings for interior designs, walls, floorings, ceilings
Fully involvements with the project cycle starting from scratch and going through all the stages of project from concept design until construction documents and tender documents is floated .Attending kick off meeting with client, collect brief and understand the client requirements. Prepare concept design which includes, space plans and mood images. Developing the project Architectural drawings which is include Interior design drawings ( Plans, sections, ceiling, reflected ceiling, walls, flooring and details with materials ) as per client comments and within the budget. Review all other discipline drawings which is include (MEP, structural, etc.) and provide approval or suggest the recommended changes for the project best interest.
