The section is responsible for producing all the required Spare parts for the whole factory, the section have three major divisions lathing& milling, Steel Structures, Fitting and assembly division.

Accomplishments:
 Reorganize and arrange the machines in the workshop in away that ease the product movement & reduce the wasted time in transportation.
 Successfully Rehabilitation many expired consumable spare parts reuse it, (before these spare parts were imported from Italy).
 Successfully instituted all work procedures in shop floor to ensure full control on operations & stock.
 Active use of the available ERP system after segregation of the corrupted data and make correction for it.

Key Responsibilities:
 Direct and command manufacturing section, established production plans/ procedures for maintaining high quality of products & operations. Ensured products conform to established customer & quality standards.
 Established, executed and updated the production plan continuously in coordination with maintenance, operations, sales and purchase department.
 Collaborated with technical office to maintain the product quality, as per international standards.
 Applying lean-manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity & rigorously improve processes thus ensured maximum utilization of machines, materials & labor to produce the required product with competitive cost and adherence to international standards.
