My General Role
My role to help the customers get up and running fast, minimize risk and deliver the business outcome from strategy to implementation to optimization. I bring experience to facilitate the customer’s evolution towards emerging technology solutions, sharpening their edge in today’s complex digital world, understand the business and technical requirements, contribute to the best architecture designs, and deploy the solutions using a methodological approach.
I’m a specialist passionate about VMware infrastructure, Data Center operations, Automation, Orchestration Management of Cloud, end-user computing, and network virtualization with a broad understanding of either storage and Hyper-converged systems.
My Typical Day at Work
• Interface Directly with Sales team to ensure the proposed enterprise cloud solution meets the customers’ requirements listed in RFPs
• Plan, design (High Level Conceptual design and Low-Level Design), build & deliver the VMware SDDC, Cloud infrastructure, and Networking solutions
• Conduct VMware consulting solutions in a timely and effective manner, either on individual engagements or in collaboration with a team on larger projects
• Interact and collaborate with customers by delivering workshops, knowledge transfers and hands-on implementation
• Display commercial awareness by identifying future services opportunity within a project or with the customer
• Provide technical input to the Services Business Leaders in the pre-sales stage of an opportunity by providing accurate effort estimation
• Ensure success of customer proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
• Mentor junior colleagues and assist them on their journey within VMware Services.

Plan and manage new components/services installation and managing
Contribute in managing queue by monitoring, validating, scheduling, troubleshooting and do tasks (incidents, changes, problems, releases, upgrades and Projects)
• Perform release management including software and hardware.
• Perform configuration management tasks and ensures at all time the systems inventory is populated with an up to date information reflection operational changes.
