1- Read projects time schedules and prepare procurement and/or subcontractors plan.
2- Implement and review contracts and subcontracts.
3- Make sure that best practices are applied on any given project.
4- Make all the revisions available to all the parties involved in the project Handle complaints and claims Calculate non-chargeable expenses, as well as any labor or equipment costs that may exceed the budget for the projects.
5- Coordinate payment of subcontracts and Invoices
1- Tendering & Contracting.
2- Preparing and review quantities Survey.
3- Preparing bill of quantities.
4- Review contractor's invoices.
5- Prices analysis
•Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to the cost management of allocated project.
•Interface with accounting, procurement, engineering, Construction, Personnel and other groups
for the implementation of common cost coding and work breakdown structure across the project
•Monitor the budget on all activities of project according to Cost Breakdown Structure.
•Provide analytical interpretation of cost information in relation to progress/earned value/change/risk
in coordination with the Planning team.
•Review project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours, in conjunction with planning on a weekly .
•Assisting Project Management in identifying and gaining approval of, variations and change orders.
•Establish the development of a cost database to reflect trends and the budget/actual analysis
•Report project actual vs. Budget status as required.
•Contribute in managing the budget control process, analysis and reporting of the project overall cost.
•Prepare the overall project performance reports mainly as actual vs. budget to date and forecast at
completion for management review.
•Producing monthly cost reports and advising management promptly of any forecast cost over/under run with recommendation for corrective plan

The project is located on an area of 400 Feddans ( 1, 600, 000 M2) and consists of 846 villas and all utilities (water, sewage, irrigation, roads, street lighting and telephone networks in addition to the social club, commercial & service buildings, mosque and landscape
