My duties and responsibilities in Kalaam Telecom are :
• Leading a telecom related projects to achieve the successful deployment.
• Leading and manage a new disaster recovery datacenter building.
• Manage a project of WDM (Kalaam Telecom KNOT Project) with a high transmission speed through fiber optic cable interconnect the GCC countries.
• Handling the maintenance activities in KNOT fiber project around the GCC countries.
• Planning and Manage a full maintenance activities for the datacenter which include the security systems, HVAC, UPS, Generator, Environmental system.. etc.

• Planning for a projects with supported by drawings and specification.
• Produce a full documentation related to RFP, AMC and contracts for any related works in the datacenter.
• Manage a PCI-DSS Auditing Certification for the datacenters and produce a related procedures and policies.
• Specify the project scope, items specification as per a high standard of quality.
• Make a full comparison between the vendor proposals and evaluate the vendors.
• Taking care for Kalaam-Telecom datacenter in term of physical security.
• Investigate and report the accidents/incidents in the datacenter.
• Manage and supervise the vendors in all projects activities and follow up based on the plan and scope of work agreed in the proposal.
• Utilized a full of resources to success the project in timely and cost manner.
• Inspect the site and quality assurance implementation after completion of the scope.

• As BTS Engineer for completing as built documents and C-Module for 20 Sites.

• Project Manager and Quality Auditor for 11 Microwave links around Bahrain.
• Leading the project’s contractual obligations pertaining to the safe deployment of end-user-equipment (EUE), which includes planning, coordination and control of the installation teams.
• Ensuring that adequate resources are made available to fully support the project schedule in deploying and testing the functions of EUE to ensure that the installed and commissioned systems and equipment are functioning in accordance with the project’s design parameters that is based on the functional specifications document (FSD).
• Assure the best satisfaction of the Work Owner and by adhering to SAUDI ARAMCO Safety guidelines & measures.
• To motivate Sumitomo’s partners on the job, to expedite the installation and testing work of the EUE in order to complete the work ahead of the project schedule.
• To manage and control installation, testing and commissioning related activities pertaining to EUE.
• Closely coordinating with subcontractors on the job and site owners and by ensuring sufficient and adequate EUE, installation material and manpower are available to support the work in accordance with the project’s 2-Week Look-Ahead plan issued weekly by the Construction Team.
• To take the lead on addressing any technical, Safety (Loss Prevention) and/or coordination matters at the customer sites and premises before they become hindering issues; that leaving them un-resolved could impact the project’s implementation schedule.
• Maintain close liaison with the Construction, Safety and QA/QC Teams of Sumitomo and those of Subcontractors.
• To control the work progress of subcontractors, and to convince subcontractors to recover the progress once slippage is noticed, or if a counter measure is deemed necessary to proactively avoid the schedule from falling behind the target dates.
• To establish and maintain the EUE Installation Schedule, which is convenient for Sumitomo by maintaining close coordination and liaison with the project’s Scheduler and Construction Manager.
• To ensure that the required testing and commissioning activities are successful and on schedule through the close coordination with Sumitomo Lead Radio Engineer, QA/QC Group, and Subcontractors.
• Supervise the programming department for the End User Terminal.
• Receiving the complaints from the customer for any issue with their EUT unit and arrange the team for a site visit to solve the issue.
• Coordinate with the supplier and procurement for after sales support.
• Lead the teams for the installation of the Indoor Repeaters with daily report.
• Supervise the constructions and civil work on the site.
• Follow up with the subcontractor the work achieved against the work plan.
• Solve the issue at the site with the AIT and site proponent.
• Rectify the installation to comply with the best results of the coverage testing.
• To ensure that all items in EIL (Exception Item List) are smoothly concluded through close coordination and cooperation with Sumitomo QA/QC Group and Subcontractors.
My duties and responsibilities in Condor Technology w.l.l. are :
• Directs and performs engineering and designing functions and activities to provide infrastructure hardware/software requirements and building diagrams to meet requirements of clients.
• Preparing the design by using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Sketch up, Microstation, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro … etc
• Directs the preparation of manual and Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings, specifications and cost estimates, while determining personnel and material resource requirements to ensure proper allocation of Condor Technology personnel and resources.
• Coordinates, directs and performs engineering design, drafting, site surveys and contract surveillance to support facility communications hardware and infrastructure requirements.
• Manages and supervising the development of computer based engineering programs and maintaining of databases to record all engineering documents for current and future use.
• Recommends methods to improve installation of communications infrastructure.
• Oversee the interpretation of rough engineering sketches for producing working drawings using manual and CAD techniques.
• Manages, reviews, recommends, develops and implements changes to engineering drawings and equipment wiring diagrams.
• Identifies communications systems infrastructure shortfalls and makes recommendations to correct shortfalls.
• Manages the production of communications infrastructure and electrical drawings.
• Serves as the technical representative and engineering consultant to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer and other department directors.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, subordinates, superiors, the general public, representatives of public and private organizations and others sufficient to exchange or convey information.
• When requested participate in meetings with prospective or current clients to support the continuous improvement of their communications networks.
• Site Survey to coverage all telecommunication solutions such as wireless point to point solutions, structural cabling, voice and data, LAN, fiber optic solution, CCTV.
• Design a solutions for telecommunications according to the customer demands.
