Handle all day to day logistics activities such exemption, custom cleareance of item from ex-work to Samref site.
Approve purchase orders in SAP.

• 2003 Trip to ExxonMobil: Strategic Sourcing, Houston, TX. To seek new initiatives and ideas to improve the area of Purchasing and logistics at Samref.
➢ 2001 to 2003: Buying Supervisor (SAMREF)
• 2002 SAP Implantation Project at SAMREF.
• 2000 Special assignment with MCG for one year to reduce the inventory of Ware house stock by establishing more stocking blanket agreements with local and oversea suppliers. As result of objective more than 28, agreements were established in one year assignment.

Handle all T/major equipment, Spare parts (Purchases, exemption, and importation permit)

Working Responsibility:
Current Job Assigned Duties: ➢ Receives and review stocks and non-stock Purchase Requisitions, and make sure that P. Rs. are developed into Purchase orders using SAP.
➢ Co-ordinate with Samref buying agent for the outsourcing of material spares & Chemicals from USA, Europe, and Far East
➢ Monitors Suppliers performance, interview their representatives, identify new sources and coordinates suppliers surveys.
➢ Handle the sales of Samref scrap and surplus materials.
➢ Ensure the compliance of Advance duty exemption requirement.
➢ Generate Buying and Expediting reports using SAP system.
➢ Apply skillful negotiation techniques with suppliers to achieve major savings to the company.
➢ Identify new classes of commodities for potential Blanket Agreements.
➢ Manages and administers Samref Freight Forwarding Company.
➢ Handle and coordinates (Material Discrepancy Report, Chemicals permit requirements, and repair and return items)
Major Task Handled:
• 2013 T/A: Handle all turn around bulk material and requirements.
• 2010 CFP: I was in special assignment with ExxonMobil / Worley Parsons, USA with Samref Clean Fuel team, handling overseas purchases for the project (one year assignment)
