- Main responsibility of Fanavaran Sina Sazeh (Sub contractor) in DAP II project is issuing all civil engineering documents for Razi Petrochemical Company (RPC) through CFIt India as a main contractor for revamping DAP II(Di Ammonium Phosphate)unit and build new NPK unit as well.
- Coordinate all activities goes smoothly according to schedules, MOMs and Contracts (Between contractor and employer)
- Supervise and coordinate issuing all documents according to schedule.
-Checking technical documents for supporting vendors.
- Checking MIVs (Material Issue Voucher) with technical drawings for releasing materials.
- Issuing work permits.
- Checking Packing list of materials with part list of drawings.
- GRE (Glass reinforced epoxy) pipe installation engineer.
- For this project we shipped out around 400 containers (GP and HQ) of pipes from Lianyungang port to Iran.
- Resident Inspector (client supervisor for 3rd party inspectors in Lianyungang Zhongfu lianzhong Composites group Co, Ltd) in GRE (Glass reinforced epoxy) pipes. (To inspect Hydro test, Short time failure test, Mechanical Test, Raw material test in accordance with API 15 HR and other relevant standards for the project.).
- Checking QC-reports and issuing release note for pipes according to 3rd party inspector daily reports to send approved one to Iran.
- Fabrication Quality Control of GRE pipes according to ITP.
- Check and review of CARGO commercial and delivery documents (Inspection certificates, Packing list, Commercial invoice, Bill of lading).
- Checking QC-reports to release pipe batches and deliveries to Iran.
- Review and check process documents (Process Flow Diagram, Piping &Instrument Diagram ...)
- Writing Operating manual, Control quality and Safety manual for Ether Recovery Project.
- Writing HSE policy for this company.
