Working as one of GIS team; job responsibilities include:
• Act as 1st line of support for GIS clients
• Installation & configuration of GIS solutions (Smallworld WO, Telcordia NE)
• Providing standard class-based and custom on-job training for customers
• Preparing data entry guidelines to assure data quality & readiness to use with new systems
• Perform necessary data analysis to assure data entry compliance with prepared guidelines
• Review Models’ Specification Documents prepared by NE modeling team

1- Supply and installation of GIS system for Addis Ababa Water & Sewerage
Authority “AAWSA”
2- Integrated Network Inventory project for Qatar Telecom “Qtel \ Ooredoo”
Working as one of data migration team for integrated network inventory project for Qatar Telecom “Qtel”; the following duties & activities were carried out:
• Identifying data sources for different network technologies
• Evaluating different data sources to define importance & relevance of a data source to the target physical inventory
• Estimate the required efforts & plans for data cleansing before migration process
• Providing multiple reports for the data sources analysis as well as for reconciliation with target database
• The following tools & programs were used to perform this role: TOAD for Oracle, Oracle SQL Developer and Telcordia Network Engineer
Act as the technical expert to the sales team by conducting presentations and demonstrations to the clients when needed
Study and analyze client's technical requirements
Design the required solution as per client requirements
Prepare technical and budgetary offers for the designed solution
Identifying our client market coverage, market penetration & market gaps versus competitors.
Identifying our client market potential & Redefining sales routes.
Studying trade promotion effects in an area.
Projects for Vodafone, PEPSI, P&G, Henkel, ICEMAN & Cadbury were achieved.
Developing custom tools for ArcGIS 8.3 to meet PROTRAC business needs.
Providing GIS analysis & consultancy services to PROTRAC clients.
Plotting sales zones for PROTRAC clients.
Matching outlets in the client database with features in PROTRAC database.
Projects for Kapci, Sipes, Halwani, Coca-Cola & PEPSI were achieved.
