o Carry out material take off from approved construction drawings, site measurement and valuation of the work. Agreeing work measurement with the Client.
o Preparation of Monthly Progress Invoices, Material Advance Invoice and monthly Productivity Reports.
o Reconciliation of client invoice vs subcontractor invoice.
o Receive requests, updates records, initiates paperwork and follows up on request for approval of work not previously covered in the contract, obtains approval of extra work.
o Maintain technical records of the site progress meetings, issues related to drawings, extra work, day work, direct labor hire/supply of plant, free issue materials and changes in scope of work and any other specifications.

o Quantities takes from drawings for Insulation - \[HOT, COLD, CRYOGENIC, ACOUSTIC, FIRE FIGHTING & REFRACTORY\] works.
o Identify Extra Items from Contract, GCC Document, Technical Spec., & BOQ.
o To ensure accurate assessments of final costs and that variations and claims are prudently managed. Negotiate variations and claims in the best interest of the company
o Price adjustment / price Escalation Invoices as per price index.
o Providing technical support to Contract Manager for lodging Claims for variation as per Condition of Contract.
o Reconciliation of materials at every months and ensure the material status at site. And identify any discrepancy between budgeted and actual cost.
o Verify subcontractor's monthly running application for payments in coordination with the site discipline engineer and present them for further approval of the construction manager.
o Develop method of measurements to the job requirements.
o Analyze the rates submitted by the subcontractor's and implications from the execution point of view.
o Evaluate subcontractor's claims and variations and prepare response to such claims.
o Maintain accurate records and data to enable the contract administrator to resolve the contractual conflicts and disputed claims with subcontractors.
o Implementation and adherence to HSE and Quality system procedures and plans.
o Properly follow the IMS System (Integrated Management System)

 Re measurements of works for General and Heavy lift Equipment’s like REACTOR, PUMPS DRUMS, COLOUM, COLOUM, INTERNALS, EXCHANGERS, TANKS, BLOWERS, FURNACE, VESSLES etc.
 Quantities takes from drawings for Insulation - \[HOT, COLD, CRYOGENIC, ACOUSTIC, FIRE FIGHTING & REFRACTORY\] works.
 Painting & NDT re measurements of works from drawing and verify of subcontractor qty.
 Billing to clients on month-to-month basis, and monthly Progressive claim for ongoing jobs.
 Understand all type of valves, fittings, electrical & instrument related symbol in drawings.
 Preparation of final bill according to Project Method of Measurement (MOM).
 To find out variation quantity unit rate price and arrange Star rate (Pro rata Calculations) for additional/variation quantity from BOQ or Price list.
 Raise claims for extra work done, from additional scope, day work sheet and site report based.
 Qty take off from ISO separately for, Bolt torqueing and tensioning work, qty and payment certification work to subcontractor or third party based on agreement, invoice / approval letter.
 Understand site work activities, pipe erection, welding, hydro test, and cleaning methods of pipes equipment’s like Flushing, Blowing, Chemical cleaning and degreasing methods.

 Solving Technical Queries raised by site supervisor and other personnel before & during the process.
 To assist Planning Team in Erection Progress Monitoring.
 To lead Planning Team in Project invoicing for both Fabrication & Erection Phases.
 To co-ordinate Site Team with Client and KBA Head Office.
 To prepare all the data for Site Team required in near future.
 To Review and organize all erection documents systematically.
 To prepare method statements for erecting equipments.
 To assist Construction Manager & Project Manager in Erection activities wherever required.
 Submit and agree progress claims.
 Settlement of Final Accounts with Clients and Sub-contractors.
 Checking subcontractor invoices and certifying payments.
 Certification of subcontractor payments.
