In summary, I was working in substance misuse department and HMC- mental health for 12 years.
Playing lots of role in the clinical area in outpatient Department and community. I developed and participated in research projects for the last 2 years for addiction patient. Develops education program for patient support in the unit.
play a preceptor role and mentor Help nurses and Nurses student in the clinical training during hospital training for mental health module .
Adding to the above I have three education specialty in Mangment of hospital and business administration and a clinical audiologists.
Soon to complete My MSN from RCSI in Bahrain.

I was working in HMC and Naufar as psychiatric nurse and substance misuse

I was Rn for 5 years in OPD in psychiatric department . Then I worked as Acting CN through my work and Acting manager for a year.
Moving from patient care to coordination role in liaison team was Avery unique for me with team with MDT .
Daily practice and sensitive work within the area.
In Naufar I was able to educate and prepare patients and nurse through preparing lectures
A weekly day . Starting aproject of change and implement the change .
