RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with stakeholder to agree on the Management of Change and Implement the changes by review of engineering deliverable, monitor of procurement and interaction with the construction teams.

SYNOPSIS
Construction of new satellite station with 11 manifold connection with 900 well heads with over 400km of pipeline spread across the Abdily oil field
RESPONSIBILITIES
Joined both the projects during the construction stage. Undertook to complete the project and achieve the milestones within the revised schedule and budget through variation and extension of time claim. Lead and managed a team of 800 manpower at peak.

SYNOPSIS
Yearly around 110 wells are drilled in Marmul cluster. In accordance with the rig sequence, well pads and flowlines are to be constructed. Apart for these, there are various major and minor pipeline projects carried through the year.

SYNOPSIS
Expansion of the existing Butanol unit, to be the largest producer in Asia. The project involved installation of vessels, reactor, reformer and flare stack with over 200 thousand inch dia of piping and tie-ins with existing facilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Site and resource management of all activities to complete the project within the compressed schedule by working 24hrs. Ensured smooth handover of work between the two shifts. The project was completed adhering to quality and safety, with over 11 million man hours without
