• Provide excellent customer services for clients.

• Deal with customers complaints.
• Provide inputs/recommendations on tour and vacation packages being planned by the company.
• Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements, corporate agendas and itineraries for huge companies.
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
