Prepares vouchers for disbursements
Schedules check releases
Does monthly bank reconciliation
Prepares daily cash position
Prepares annual budget of expenses

Prepares variance analysis and investigates significant deviations from projected budgets
Initiates fund transfers
Ensures fixed deposits of members are accurate and reliably reflected in their certificate of fixed deposits
Issues certificate of fixed deposits to members.
Attends Board of Director’s Meeting and take charge of finance concerns
Sits as a member in Credit Appeal’s Committee
Performs bank reconciliations
Prepares adjustments in reconciliation
Assists in implementation of the new accounting software
Participates in review and testing of the new accounting software
Checks bank reconciliations by clients.
Performs substantive testing in construction revenue
Vouches Check vouchers to search for unrecorded liabilities.
Vouches documents to check validity of expenses
Verifies earned income from time deposits
Vouches subcontractors contract for construction companies.
Face to face interaction with clients.
Sends out confirmation letters to confirm bank balances and customer account balances
Performs inventory counts
Visits sites together with experts to verify stage of completion of projects
