Leads a team for the Quality Control Inspections of all Structural Steel Materials throughout the production line from incoming materials, Installations and handing over and ensure that the work conforms with the required drawings, procedures, specs and standards.
Responsible for the consultant's approval of work prior for the next phase of construction.
Coordinates with different sub-contractors.
Works in various AIC projects in KSA for more than 2 years and in various AIC projects in the UAE for nearly 6 years, for a total of 8 years with the company.
Primarily ensures optimum quality of Fabricated products throughout the production line from incoming materials to the delivery of finished products.
Responsible for planning, supervising and scheduling activities of all QA/QC Personnel for the strict implementation and conformance with the Specifications.
Develops and review procedures such as ITP, WPS, PQR, Welders Qualifications, and other related works.
Conducts In process Inspections.
Supervise erection activities and coordinate with all departments for the proper execution of erection works.
