Support end user for inspection materials, received materials from supplier, issuing materials as per requistion, operate forklift, doing daily cycle count, doing monthly inventory, doing OSDR for the discrepancy materials.
Checking received materials, issuing materials as per requistion, support engineer checking materials, operate forklift, doing cycle count daily basis, doing inventory annually.
Receiving stock from suppliers as per purchase orders.
•Checking UOM, packing and goods quality while receiving.
•Issuing goods as per branch requisitions.
•Preparing documents for materials required or replaced.
•Maintaining expiry of goods.
•Have worked with ERP Systems and have knowledge of SAP material management.
•Performing inventory check-up on yearly basis.
•Operate forklift.
Printing Invoice for delivery.
•Encoding daily deliveries and documents.
•Planning and preparing for shipment request.
•Planning for the delivery to dispatched.
•Assist with incoming calls and transmitted to correct person.
Reports directly to Supervisor;
•Checks completeness of spare parts delivered by comparing delivery documents quantities against actual physical quantities;
•Preparing documents for supplier discrepancy/rejection report (OSDR), if there is any.
•Labels all items & materials received with product numbers location in the warehouse racks & date of receipt.
•Preparing markings / labels / stickers for all outgoing & incoming items.
•Preparing weekly Outward & Inward material report for submission to Supplies Supervisor.
•Prepare daily the Documents for new received material for inspection by End-user/Engineer.
•Responsible to apply the Safety and FIFO Policy (First In First Out)
•Conduct Yearly Cycle Count.
•Preparing the issuance for the requested material by the End User.
•Conduct daily ECM Archive Materials for Good Receipt by scanning.
Receive Incoming Shipments.
•Receipt item radio frequency (RF).
•Picking items radio frequency (RF).
•Encoding delivery documents.
•Doing daily cycle count of inventory.
•Operate forklift.
