Checking and solving subscriber complaints for both prepaid and postpaid (no signal, can’t make/receive calls/sms, etc.) thru emails.
Escalating complaints to other departments if have a problem on sites or unit.
Responsible for the day to day running of the office (how many complaints receive in a day and how many were solved in a day).
Attending meetings with the supervisor/manager if there is a new technique to use.
Attending meetings regarding on the status of the complaints.
Doing report to insure that the complaints are handling properly.
Make sure that urgent complaints handle properly and solve immediately.
Responsible on testing and checking company ATM machine and other company ATM machine.
Encoding the result of testing of ATM machine and sends to our supervisor.
Attending meetings regarding on the result of testing.
Make sure the testing was done correctly.
Check the ATM machine if works properly.
Loading dummy money in the ATM machine before testing.
Responsible in making/baking breads (Croissants, muffins, etc.)
To assure conformity of product to customer requirements.
Responsible for ensuring that the store meets the expectations of the customers and lives up to its predefined store image.
The store is kept clean
Make sure all the baked breads were fresh.
The signage displaying the name and logo of the store is installed at the right place and viewable to all.
Ensures that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock”.
Monitoring what was the best seller product in our store
Attending meetings regarding on the status of the store
Perform other related duties as assigned
Encoding yellow pages/customer landline records
Make sure we met our quota every week
Make sure that keeps the office busy even if we in a graveyard shift
