- Study, monitor & control associated with EPC stages; drawing deliverables & material delivery.
- Develop, analyze & update of specific detailed construction schedules level-4 including direct manpower & equipment requirements that outlined into 3 months look ahead.
- Assist all discipline groups in the preparation of detailed construction schedules.
- Close coordination with all discipline wise to implement construction schedule & maintain good relationship with subcontractor.
- Prepare, check & review daily construction report & actual progress associated with 3 months look ahead for regular reporting to owner & discipline wise.
- Analyze, control & check directly to site concerning productivity (plan vs. actual) to ensure target is properly implemented to goal achievement.
- Take a project photographs for daily, weekly & monthly progress documentation.
- Check & review monthly progress payment (invoice) subcontractor.
- Attend meeting with owner for progress construction achievement & all others related matters.
- Prepare close-out report.
- Provide regular reporting to project control leader & construction manager related to detail schedule & progress status such as daily work & progress report.
- Prepare & collect data related to monthly progress payment certificate.
- Create, develop & control detail activities schedule level-4 based on master schedule & ensure that schedule are properly implemented.
- Analyze & control productivity related to progress measurement.
- Attend meeting with client for progress construction achievement & all others related matters.
- Prepare project proposal for bidding. Define WBS, activities & relationship, estimate time & resources allocated as per requirements by clients.
- Create & develop detail activities schedule level-4 with resources requirement (manpower & equipment loading plan) for proposal estimation.
- Identification of key milestones associated with project proposal plan.
- Prepare the minutes of meeting for regular agenda.
- Assist project manager in preparation of change order (CO) & additional work for BCD project Jambi.
- Provide regular reporting to project control leader related to progress achievement (daily report & weekly report).
- Analyze, monitor & check directly to site concerning productivity in line with target plan.
- Prepare & collect data related to monthly progress payment certificate.
- Collect documents from QA/QC for preparing all handover requirements to client.
- Prepare documents related to final test materials (national exam).
- Supervise & monitor all contractors related to finishing work scope.
- Provide regular reporting to senior supervisor related to finishing work & all others related matters.
- Collect & input all material data to computer.
- Regular reporting to warehouse supervisor.
