Supervise the operation & maintenance of 4, 500 TOR Chillers plant; perform Preventive Maintenance to all HVAC equipment such as Water Cooled Centrifugal Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, Evaporative Cooling Tower, Desert Cooler, Air handling units, Fan Coil Units, Package type Air Handling Unit and all types of air conditioning units. Analyze, Plan, and schedule Preventive Maintenance of HVAC System throughout the LC5, AOCC & GATE 105. Supervise, and perform Preventive Maintenance of HVAC System throughout the scope area. Supervise and assess the maintenance and all repair of pumps including chilled water, heating water and condenser pumps. Analyze, troubleshoot, repair and make modifications to HVAC System when necessary. Report all observation and present condition for all mechanical equipment and suggest ideas to improve operation & efficiency of all equipment to line manager and facilities manager. Maintain maintenance records as required by Company. Manage good relationship with all major client. Properly maintain and safeguard of all assets. Must be able to interpret read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints. Must implement strict safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Implement & organize work and meet deadlines. Monitor, order and maintain spare parts needed to repair and maintain the HVAC Equipment. Prepare daily, week and monthly report and all report in related to operation and maintenance. Monitor water quality of cooling water & chilled water tds, conductivity and pH and report to manager the status of water qualities. Constant monitor and coordinate to T5 about the cooling/heating condition required for terminal 5 and other offices. Coordinate with other department engineer/supervisor and provide assistance to them.

• Monitor Contractors mechanical installation and testing activities, including piping lay-out, leak test, ductwork and installation, pumps, boiler, power generator, BMS, HVAC & controls, domestic water system, water treatment plant and waste treatment plant.
• Assist Contractor with coordination of MEP process, including the lay-out of conduit in walls and ceiling, coordination of condensate drain system, power and control wiring, fire pump station and fire alarm system.
• Witnesses contractors quality control inspections to ensure the works done are constructed according to the contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications.
• Review Contractor submitted shop & as-built drawing, materials, submittals, project schedule and work permit.
• Review Contractor mechanical quality assurance & quality control programs, inspection & test plans, installation, testing for mechanical system and comments for transmittal to the Contractor.
• Arrange the meeting between the Contractor and concerned department to resolve interfacing problems during construction.
• Organized, coordinates and conducts in conjunction with the concerned department acceptance inspections and re-inspections of the completed permanent works, until all deficiencies are corrected and signed off.
• Assist the Project Control Cost Engineer by reviewing Contractors billing for correctness of installed quantities for the completed works.
• Attends regularly scheduled meetings between the construction team and the Contractor.
In-charge in the operation and maintenance of Boiler and Hot Water Plant, HVAC, Chillers, AHU, PTU, FCU, Power Generation Plant, Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant and Medical Gas Plant; Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees; Inspects work for completeness; Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used; Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary; Keep time sheets and other routine records; Coordinates, installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all department locations and in housing accommodation; Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains the heating, cooling and ventilation systems in all department; Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities; Coordinates and inspects major contract work on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all department; Implement Preventive Maintenance programs, standard procedure and safety requirements and measures; Establish repair and maintenance standard, insures continuity of operations and maintenance activities; Prepare repair and maintenance program covering procedural, budget cost and work simplification; In-charge in the training of unit personnel; Prepare reports as required by unit head & Project Manager; Monitor hourly supply of Oxygen gas, Medical Air, and Vacuum Pressure to the hospital, and ensure to meet the standard quality.
