Network assistant:
• As an assist Network Administrator i regularly monitor and maintain company’s Telecommunication lines (Trunk and Direct lines, and local lines with the PABX system) and the company's Leased lines from the eight (8) different sites of the company. I'm also in-charge in analyzing and troubleshooting any computer network related problem reported by end-users/clients.
In addition, i am also responsible in the configuration, maintenance of the company’s LAN, WAN, data communications, microcomputers and all peripheral equipment; WiFI, switches.

End User Support:
• As a Technical Specialist i have the knowledge in providing end-user assistance with technical issues over the phone and in person; identifies, troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software related problems. Provides basic instruction / training / education to End User on some IT Equipment usage and newly re-installed system or application. Optimizes computer usage by researching and recommending enhancements to system capabilities and performance. Have also performs 2nd Level of support, hardware problem determination, troubleshooting, diagnostic and resolutions. Also in restoration, re-installation or reconfiguration of Software, including device drivers and network connectivity necessary to fix as incident. Performs Install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) activities. Performs the appropriate software configuration and machine testing. Setups PC, Install operating system, application software, business application software and other related activities are part of my job role.



Help desk Support:
• As a front liner i provide a first line support to end users who faces problem with their workstation/s. Uses established tracking system to log requests; monitors progress, track problem resolution, identifies patters of failure, researches fixes and implement solutions; communicates with end-users regarding unresolved problems. Escalating problems/requests to a 2nd level support. Answer calls and emails from the company's four major locations (Bugo, Plantation, The
Fort and Kalawaan.)

Inventory/Asset Controller:
• As in-charge in the company's vast technology equipments, gadgets, I am responsible in checking and listing the entire IT assets of the company. Making sure that it's well organize and accurate. Updates all necessary information into the asset database system. Tracking any IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) activities done.
• I am also the Team Lead of 4 (four) staff personnel in the company's Inventory Activity from from its 2 (two) major sites (Bugo and Plantation) and 2 (two) minor sites (Impasung-og and South Bukidnon). As the Team leader of this small project, i make sure that my staff gather all the necessary equipment's data/datum with accuracy and relevancy and they finish in time for the deadline.

Project Assistant:
• As a Project Assistant my job role includes systematically prepare and submit reports of transactions in a day and week to the company's stakeholders.
• Work as a Vendor Manager's back-up, when she is on leave: this includes coordinating with company's vendor to resolve hardware and software system issues that are under their warranty. Billing reconciliation for the company's working SIP (Service Provider) and telco lines. Making sure that they will routed to the Accounting Department for its payment.
• Performs other related task that maybe assign from time to time.
