• Plan international shipments based on product availability and customer request
• Ensure border clearing documents, Zimra Asycuda, and CD3 information is done timely and is accurate
• Loads scheduling and assignment
• Manage vehicle performance and licencing.
• Manage international and local drivers
• Fuel ordering, purchase, and management
• Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels
• Facilitate workshop purchases, supervisory and stock accounting
• GPS vehicle, fuel tracking, receiving, and stocking of items ordered
• Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid supply
• Manage workshop repairs and maintenance
