Operate light and heavy equipment for loading and unloading of pallets.
* Assist shipping clerk in palletizing of supplies and equipment.
* Assist shipping clerk in the processing of required documentation to include an inventory of
equipment that will be shipped out.
* Assist with all MHE tasks assigned
* Monitor and perform preventive measures to assigned equipment.
Monitors the location of all the containers per unit
* Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining of all the containers/storages
* Labels all the containers with corresponding tags for easy access
* Maintains the board where all the containers are listed for easy reference
* Maintains the orderliness of the storages
Checks items to be shipped against work orders to ensure that quantities, destination, and
routing are correct.
* Assembles items to be shipped to customers DODAAC
* Assists supervisor and staff in ensuring hazmat is properly identified and prepared for
shipping in accordance with the Department of Defense regulations
* Palletizes items on air force pallets IAW Air Force regulations
* Operates forklift in loading materials unto truck safely and secured and when all processing
is done, prepares all transportation movement documentation
* Inspects inbound and outbound shipments for any damage
* Records discrepancies or defects and notifies supervisor or the person in-charge
* Prepares RFI tags for all outgoing shipments
* Prepares TCMD for all outgoing shipments
* Responsible for logging all shipments details
* Keeps records of all outgoing shipments
