Lead the relationship with the FAW factory in China to develop the configurations of the trucks for the Colombian market.

•Prepare bids and make negotiations with suppliers.
•Lead the operational service process, compliance with the KPIs of the workshop to guarantee an excellent service level for customers.
• Resposible for business profit and loss statement of the business unit.
• Lead the aftersales service providing support to Cummins engines for 8 repair shops,
customers and dealers.

•Lead warranty administration for branches, dealers and customers.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance for Customer´s equipment fleets including key performance indicators, as well as fuel consumption reduction programs for several markets such as oil & gas, mining, power generation, construction, and bus /trucks.
• Lead Application Engineering area, implementing projects to replace Diesel and Gas engines by last
technology, for equipment fleets evaluating technical and economic feasibility.
• Lead Technical Training Center in order to provide training for internal personnel, customers and dealers. Responsible for commercial management, Profit & Loss Statement for Training Center.
• Lead Cummins de los Andes Telematics Management Center adding value to our customers who use this service, making them more productive.
-Lead a new business and service model based on Cummins remote monitoring system (Telematics) at all project phases such as definition, design, development, production, sales and aftersales creatin°g a new model and service culture exceeding customer expectations.
-Lead international Telematics project deployment for countries such as Russia, Turkey, United Kingdom, India, United States, Peru, Argentina and Colombia.
-Manage customer value proposition of Telematics project, delivering support and action plans about predictive and preventive maintenance in order to improve customer productivity.
-Managed technical department to provide support for Cummins de los Andes service channel including Dealers. Distributor Field Service Engineer (DFSE) and hard diagnostic on Cummins engines. Failure analysis on Cummins engines.
-Implementation of key performance indicators.
-Managed warranty administration for Cummins service channel including warranty decision making and claim submitting.
-Developed Cummins Dealers channel on technical matter.
-Created the Technical Training Center of Cummins de los Andes making it very profitable and self-sustaining.
-Responsible of Profit and Loss Statement of Technical Training Center. Responsible of sales forecast, costs and expenses of Technical Training Center.
-Managed technical training for Cummins de los Andes´s personnel and key customers according to market needs.
-Implementation of maintenance plans and failure analysis for key customers in mining, Oil & Gas, power generation, construction and truck market.
-Certified trainer on Cummins diesel and gas engines for midrange, heavy duty and high horsepower models. Performed qualification courses for technicians and engineers on Cummins diesel and gas engines.
• Project Management: Leaded new products development meeting QS-9000 automotive standard for main OEM automotive assemblers. Automotive part manufacturing under Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) Process of
polyurethane, Flow cutting and Motoman robotics.
• Sales Management: Leaded commercial relationship with the main automotive companies such as: General Motors Colmotores, Sofasa (Renault-Toyota), Compañía Colombiana Automotriz (Ford-Mazda), Ford Venezuela, General

equipment.
-Managed manufacturing process set up for PET stretch blow molding ( Sidel ) and plastic injection process ( Husky ).

-Implementation of statistical process control (SPC) to evaluate and analyze manufacturing process to improve product quality.
