Currently manage over USD 500.0 million real estate portfolio situated in the USA, Switzerland and UK. Consistently improved revenue and profitability of currently managed portfolio generating average Return on Equity of 8% and Cash-on-Cash of 4% in the last 5 years. Collected 100% of revenue even during pandemic and lockdowns at same level prior to pandemic and even improved revenue collection. Initiated and achieved other income of CHF 1.4 million outside of regular revenue.
