Currently manage CHF 100.0 million real estate portfolio situated in Europe. Consistently improved revenue and profitability of currently managed portfolio generating average Return on Equity of 8% and Cash-on-Cash of 4% in the last 5 years. Collected 100% of revenue even during pandemic and lockdowns at same level prior to pandemic and even improved revenue collection. Initiated and achieved other income of CHF 1.4 million outside of regular revenue.

Spearheaded the GISTRAP class project 'e2k: e-Commerce Forum for the Next Millennium' a major event attended by managers and CEOs of top IT companies in the Philippines such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Software AG, academic communities of various universitties, and entrepreneurs. Such forum was published in the Business World news on Oct 7 1999 issue due to its huge success and impact nationwide.
