Job Description:
Round steel billet(diameter: 200-405mm) cutting machine operation on continuous basis online or offline for feeding the rotary heart furnace at the furnace required rate using the latest technology of ABB automation system, MES level 1, 2, 3, SAP system; HMI (Human Machine Interface) and LINSINGER Cutting Saw Machine (Circular Cold Saw).
Responsibilities:
1. Prepares and check the materials (steel bars) to be processed based on the requirement for production: steel grade; diameter and length.
2. Set up and operate the fully automated Cutting Saw Machines, based on the parameters needed in the production rolling schedule by using LINSINGER control desk; level 2 OWS (Operator Work Station) and HMI automation system.
3. Observe the continuous operation of the fully automated production machines (Programmable Logic Control) to ensure that process meets production line requirements.
4. Making adjustment as necessary by updating electronic data.
5. Measures and visually inspect cut piece once in every job for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
6. To keep the equipment in good and safety condition to ensure operating efficiency.
7. Monitoring Saw Blade life, and Blade changing on the machines.
8. To inform area supervisor or communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinates maintenance and repair related issue.
9. To assist maintenance technician and helping them in diagnosing and trouble-shooting related problems.
10. Knows and understand regulations regarding with the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Health, Safety and Environment.
11. Prepares shift report and production report every end of the shift.
12. Works in a safe manner at all times.
Job Description:
Trained and skilled to perform all activities related with the billet (round steel bars with diameter: 200-405mm) cutting process using fully Automated Saw Machines (DANIELI automation system level 1, 2, 3) and monitors consistently its completion and output based on the given production requirements and specifications.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operates Automated DANIELI Machines and equipment (Programmable Logic Control).
2. Takes the incoming bars identification by using bar code scanner, and send to L2 system for tracking the billets, cutting them by specified length and transport those billets to Rotary Hearth Furnace entry.
3. Keep monitoring the billets running on the line by its tracking on HMI. Operates tracking maintenance in L2 when billet tracking need to be modified.
4. To cut samples specimen and sending to laboratory for material testing as a QA program and procedures.
5. To communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinates maintenance and repairs related issue.
6. To assist maintenance technician and helping them in diagnosing and trouble-shooting related problems.
7. Trained as a rigger and overhead crane in lifting heavy load, sling capacity and giving crane signals when transporting steel bars inside plant.
8. Knows and understand regulations regarding with the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Health, Safety and Environment.
9. Prepares shift report and production report every end of the shift.
10. Works in a safe manner at all times.
Job Description:
Supervised and manage Raw Materials Warehouse (Steel Bars), issuance of orders, stock monitoring IN and OUT raw materials and manage the 2-Cutting Machines (Circular Cold Saw) daily production and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitors raw materials stock daily and coordinates with our supplier in Japan.
2. Make Raw Material forecast and sending to supplier in Japan.
3. Monitor the incoming Raw Materials and update the management for status.
4. Monitor and manage the Raw Materials daily issuance and make report for consumption daily, weekly and monthly.
5. Make daily schedule for production of Bar Cutting process and make daily output, weekly and monthly output report.
6. Keep the equipment and machines in good and safety condition by maintaining the machines daily checklist to ensure operating efficiency; Circular Cold Saw Machines; Forklift; and Overhead Crane.
