Duties and Responsibilities: - Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. - Responding to breakdowns MEP - supervising engineering and technical staff - Supervising the Daily routine of Security and Housekeeping - Preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical Panel, plumbing in facilities - Safety Measure for all equipment that we used - Suggest for Improvement on the Facilities needed - Prepare the all documents Certificate Fire, Building Permit and electrical for the Government. - Preventive Maintenance all for Vehicle schedule in dealer .
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enforce and adopt safety measure among all of his subordinates and contractor
- Attend to all breakdown complaints or Ad-hoc request .follow-up with the contractor
On all Service Orders for any requirement of materials, review quotes, process purchase
Orders and close the service orders on Cafm upon job completion.
- Manage subcontractor in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality, standard and complete in target time.
- Analyze data from CAFM and liaise with contractor for continuous improvement.
- Assist in providing information and updates on on-going maintenance works to customer on routine basis.
- For any project or improvement work, prepare scope of work liaise with contractor for cost, submit recommendation to client and manage the project at site for closure.
- Assist in preparation of standard operation procedure (SOP’s ) for the maintenance of site equipment
- Check periodically for potential areas for energy saving opportunities.
- Assist Department in conducting regular system audit.
- Perform proper documentation and filling of maintenance records.
- Perform emergency support duty, if required
- Responsible for implementation on various types of improvement works.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
