-Analyses housing loan including exceptional application which require assessment of staffs’ entitlement, property, financial risk, outside financial obligation and legal documents.
-Analyses personal and commercial loans including roll-over and exceptional application which requires assessment of staffs’ entitlement, financial status, risk and outside financial obligation.
-Review the reimbursement expenses according to staffs’ entitlement. Decision to cost-cut or control the claims based on the policy.
-Review staffs’ entitlement, duplication, financial status and risk for advances whether exceptional or not.
-Examine the resignation/termination according to Labour Law, CHR policy and employment contract. Analyses computation of final settlement base on entitlement, financial balances, leave accruals, length of service, etc. Verify and ensure all necessary issue/s like security accesses, authorization signature, exit interview and other obligations are clear.
-Review staffs’ leave right according to policy. Verify and ensure the authenticity of leave request document like sick leave certificate, medical report and school exam schedule.
-Review the completion of required employment document, verify and ensure its authenticity. Preparation for the signing of contract. Ensure the admission to HRMS for security accesses, bank’s applications, insurance, GOSI, Saudi Labour list, opening account and maintenance. Monitor the evaluation of performance during probation period for the confirmation of employment.

Monitor the evaluation of performance during probation period for the confirmation to regularization.
-Act as Relationship Officer to staffs’ account maintenance including opening, sub-account, supplementary, unblocking, activating, closing, ATM card issues and validating information. Review credit card request including supplementary by verifying staff entitlement, document authenticity and outside financial obligation.
-Analyses and preparation of payment including temporary staff, sub-contract payroll, and billings. Review the document and receipt/s to control the payment.
-Review overtime and special allowance request/s base on staffs’ entitlement and duplication of payment.
-Review signature authorization request/s according to position, performance rating, previous banking experience and length of service whether exceptional or not.
-Respond to staffs’ inquiries from other departments and functional areas so that they have the information required to assist in decision-making processes in accordance to the law and policies.
