Responsibility : Perform supervise all projects activities in order to secure and safe. Perform quality control of contractor’s job. Support Plant Manager to
solve problem in the field. Control the border of project area shall be same as Certificate from the Government. Monitoring heavy equipment
activities and its logistics
- Controlling material stock at the most economical cost.
- Performing weekly running MRP program.
- Generate PR for stock which fall reorder point.
- Perform technical evaluation prior to material ordered.
- Prepare monthly report of PR/PO progress status.
- Update the latest specification in the material master data base.
- Receiving and inspection material against order specification on PO and unload material safely.
- Monitoring and controlling inbound and outbound material against warehouse space availability.
- Perform cycle counting regularly.
- Preparing material based on reservation from end user.
- Reconfirm the quality and quantity of goods prior deliver to end user.
- Input and validate all transactions data.
- Coordinate closely with neighboring companies to search urgent goods to fulfill production/maintenance department requirement.
- Assigned as focal person to support commissioning phase new project and Turn Around Maintenance/TAM activities.

- Perform cycle counting regularly and make report if any discrepancy.
- Preparing material based on reservation from end user.
- Reconfirm the quality and quantity of goods prior deliver to end user.
- Input and validate all transactions data.
- Coordinate closely with neighboring companies to search urgent goods to fulfill production/maintenance department requirement.
- Assigned as focal person to support commissioning phase new project and Turn Around Maintenance activities.
