Function: 1 .Developed the condition monitoring schedules program, coordinated the contractor technician monitoring group to execute condition monitoring program activitie.
Analysis data for reporting to operation maintenance team of the following data monitoring such as: Vibration, Thermography inspection, lube oil data and other important parameters data and reporting for maintenance team to maintain the North Duri Cogeneration ( NDC) plant to safe and reliable operations 2, Develop contract HRSG maintenance, develop planning activities consisting resources, material, and spare parts, estimated time - durations, and supporting resources that applicable, with close coordination and communication with Contractor during HRSG & BOP Maintenance activity.
3, Develop contract HRSG Thermal Coating, develop planning activities consisting resources, material, and spare parts, estimated time - durations, and supporting resources that applicable, with close coordination and communication with Contractor during HRSG Maintenance activity. 4.Develop contract HRSG Pigging, develop planning activities consisting resources, material, and spare parts, estimated time - durations, and supporting resources that applicable, with close coordination and communication with Contractor during HRSG Maintenance activity 5.Coordinate project activities for HRSG & BOP maintenance activity such integrated planning and scheduling approach from initiation, planning, execution, control, and finishing stages to all stake holders, Operation & Maintenance team
6. Support Develop contract Reamining Life Assessment Turbin, Generator & Heat recovery steam Generation for Unit 3 & Execution the work as per Contract
7. Support Develop contract Vibration Online System one upgraded for Rotating machine at Turbine equipment
8. Support Develop contract Oil Analysis & Water For NDC Plant
