As the Maintenance Professional for Wireline, I handle the following roles-
• Buz development/sales support.
• In Charge of All types of Maintenance covering all down hole Services (GE, Spartek, Titan tools), Power generators, and Logging Units for the location.
• Analyzing failure trends in the location and KPIs monitoring
• Introducing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) /Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) approach to field maintenance
• Repairing Electronics circuitry and Surface Mounted Component (SMC) boards
• Maintenance of Surface and acquisition systems/Panels.
• Tools Calibration, Quality checks (QC) and Data base administrator
• Cabling and installations of Control panels.
• Maintaining Routine maintenance and repair indicators
• Modification / Upgrade of Tools and, or equipments locally
• Failure root cause analysis
• Mentoring and supervision
• Develop operational procedures
• Manage and follow up to HSE on all maintenance tasks.
Recent Projects Accomplished:
1. 1, Running single(no back up tool but only the primary tool) Magnetic Orienting TOOL- MOT in over 39 consecutive runs of wireline perforation service without operational down time or breakdown to equipment. This tool service have so far generated over $2m for the company between April, 2018 till date.
2. Deploying Reliability Centered Based Maintenance approach on critical assets to ensure the availability of the assets for operation and continuous revenue generation. This act has saved the company over $2m both maintenance and running cost annually.
3. Assist the organization to established standard and continuous improvement plan for operating and managing her key assets in line with global best practice.
This help to provide the company with a better reputation over her competitors in the same product line. If costing this effort, it has helped to improved the organization annual profit for over a margin if $2m annually.
• Fault Diagnosis and repair of electrical/electronic and instrument board, panel etc.
• E & I system/parts assembling and maintenance and insyallation
• Transformer rectifier and solar system module installation and maintenance.
Higher National Diploma-Upper credit in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Final year project: Design and construction of utrasonic switch.
