Bayt Stadium (Al Khor)

The project comprises of the following;

• General site clearance and Demolition works.
• Roadworks around Al Bayt Stadium, Al Egda St. and part of the Coastal Road
Concrete paving blocks on foot paths.
• Passive and active traffic management inclusive of traffic signals, road
Markings, traffic signs and traffic controller.
• Foul sewer network to convey the Stadium complex foul sewer lines by open
Open trench and micro tunneling method.
• TSE line around the stadium and along the road linking to al Thakira road
And Coastal Road. Relocation of existing chambers along Al Edga street.
• Surface water network around the stadium and both side of Al Egda street
Using V-channel infiltration (swale)
• Potable water line in areas along Al-Khor road including protection to existing
Lines and relocation of some existing chambers.
• Construction of ducts and chambers such as SSD, ITS, Ooredoo, QAF.
• Street lighting around the Stadium, Al Edga Road and part of Coastal Road.


Project : DS131 Roads & Infrastructure in
Government Residential Division
In North of Al Wukair

The Project Comprises of the following;
● Roadworks inclusive of flexible pavements, pre-
cast concrete paver block
Pavements;
● Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) distribution system
and utility service
● Foul sewer networks, interim sewage pumping
station and Rising main;
● Storm water and Ground water lines, Pumping
station and disposal
System Including Micro Tunneling, gullies,
manholes, trench soakaways
And deep recharge well facility;
● Potable water, electrical, telecom, QAF networks.
● Passive and active traffic management inclusive
of traffic signs, road
Markings, traffic signal and traffic controller.
● Ducts and chambers for the intelligent
transportation system (ITS
Including ITS infrastructure interface.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Coordinate his direct activities with the other
engineers and members of the construction
supervision team;
• Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing of
method statement, shop drawings, and other
activities;
• Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by
the inspectors;
• Coordinate with the Contractor engineers on
scheduling and application of resources;
• Direct, assist and monitor the performance of
the inspectors and surveyors as applicable;
• Attend special meetings with the Contractor,
subcontractors and other parties related to his
work;
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records;
• Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project
and oversee implementation of safety
procedures on the project;
• Act positively, and participate in all health and
safety issues at site, as required by the Senior
Resident Engineer, Resident Engineer and the
Project Safety Representatives;
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist
the Resident Engineer on issues arise on site
with respect to drainage, sewerage & associated
items;
• Report back as necessary to the Resident
Engineer/ SRE as applicable;
• Check and measure the performed work in his
line of work, record and assist the Resident
Engineer to display progress vs. programmed
work;
• Ensure correctness and completeness of ‘as-
built’ drawings within his line of work.
